IL | Right now we farrow in pens in a noninsulated barn my grandpa built yrs ago. Been tossing around the idea, if the money was in the acct, of putting in a portable farrowing house. Double LL is one company I have heard of. 12 - 20 crate, or so. Does anyone on here have one, or have experience with one to tell me the ins and outs? I use shavings for bedding now, which really seam to help with the amonia gas, which is my biggest fear/drawback to the Double LL with flush pans.
