| Good post, Dr B. I have actually tested low in blood tests in the past for sodium. I admit I don't watch it like I should but sodium itself doesn't seem to be a problem for me. I have unusual heart problems (St Jude mitral/aortic valves/pacemaker) and am on diuretics. I am also diabetic on oral medication. Can't work in the heat or cold like I used to. Took an extended trip in the car recently and skimped on my water pills for about 5 days. My feet were swelled up for a couple days after I got home. Asthma and allergies were acting up so that didn't help either. | |
