I thought the theory of using course ground sea salt is you use less because it has more intense flavor (more bang for your buck so to speak).
Brian..... since you didnt know me a year ago, I have to tell you that a year ago you wouldnt think I was even the same person you met this spring.I lost THAT much cutting off sugars and eating in moderation.Well , I lost way way over 100 lbs....And that is a very shy calculation. |
