Food down south is REALLY salty! Restaurants are terrible with it. I can't eat pizza from any of the chains, because of the amount of salt they lay on.
At home, I seldom use a salt shaker. About the only time I do is, on a baked potato.
Has anyone successfully cut out excessive salt and sugar out of their diet?
