just a tish NE of central ND | Knocked off added sugar and a lot of salt with weight loss in mind. Ate the same meats and chicken meats and less carbs / spuds/ pasta/ bread/ baked type stuff/and almost no sugars that were added to stuff........... I still eat a little of everything thought but really have to watch it..Lost a unbelievable bunch of weight by eating in moderation wondering why It took so long to accomplish what I did. I guess the flesh is weak!
Now....... to keep it off......
