Walnut Grove, MN. | the basement floor is wet all the time. the basment was built odd it has almostt 2 seperate rooms. they want to put in 2 sump pumps and put in 132 ft of water guard 1 sani dry and 69 feet of lateral drain. he said it might take 4-6 guys to do the job. im thinking of calling him back and seeing what it would cost to do the bigger part of the basement. maybe do the other part myself or sometime down the road. i know that what ever idecide it needs to get done. i think the kids have been sick more from the wet basement. they have a lifetime gaurentee.
