perhaps I misunderstood....if by "work for" you mean doing contract jobs........you will pretty much be at the very very very tippy BOTTOM of those that get paid anything at all

so I would be doing that type of work 100% COD and by C I don't mean CHECK I MEAN CASH!

and even then if there is something jukie or unique in your contract or the amount paid you could be looking at a "clawback" of that pay or a portion of it if things get ugly

you need to have a talk with the person actually overseeing the bankruptcy and their banker if you are performing contract services for someone in bankruptcy
