You need rail, trucking will put you backwards in a hurry. LOC or very deep pockets will be needed. 400k bushels of soybeans at $12 is a cool 4.8 million (interest at 7.5% is only $1000/day). How many trains are you going to hold at a time? 3 is the bare minimum IMO (wheat, soy, corn).

Might be a good way to go from a billionaire to a millionaire
