Seems backwards but I wonder if you were over-hydrated? Low electrolytes after the donation maybe?
Might want to hydrate with a sports drink or something with some salt or electrolytes in it next time to see if that makes a difference. Too much plain water isn't always a good thing when your systems are working overtime to make up for that blood donation.
