Interesting what you had to do to take charge of your own health.
The No-Salt is usually potassium chloride, so a source of potassium as well as chloride. I use it sometimes in small amounts in my drinking water as an electrolyte, although lately we bought a container of Re-lyte (unflavored) mix and been using that instead.
