Vacation? A few weeks or a month off?
There’s nothing worse than mindless keep-busy work just to run out the time clock.
As former victim of a co-op who had a manager that would always find something to do instead of send people home, I agree with you.
That said, you let people leave work for too long and they get out of their habit of going to work, then when they get back, they either leave or aren't very good at what they did before since they don't want to be there. |
