Do you have kids that are wanting to farm?  If not....

Do you know a young guy wanting to get started farming?  Maybe buy it and rent it to a young guy wanting to get started... maybe with the option to sell it to him when he gets established and is ready to buy land himself.

Maybe doing this doesn't help your bottom line, but maybe doing this can be part of your legacy - helping another generation get started.
