The price of farm ground is high interest is high and my age is high. It's not that I can't afford it but it's across the fence.
Why do I want to purchase. Am I just chasing my tail.
Has anyone regretted buying ground in your 60s

If you have kids that farm or are going to farm buy the land. Steady land base owned by family is irreplaceable. If you don’t have kids it depends on how long you want to farm and how much you own now for your retirement some day IMO.
