When are you seeding? Problem I run into is ss should be seeded in July and the clover does better seeded in mid-late Aug, have issues getting it to grow in July. Might consider a program like that, tried similar with oats and clover last year but clover didn't establish well enough to survive the winter. That was a mix of red and blansa clover.
