We have done 5-10 lbs sweet clover - didnt do a whole lot where sorg was thick, but came through in thin spots.

30lbs (but upping it this year) Forage soybeans, again where it was thicker not as many beans, but really took off in open/wet spots.

5lbs (going to 10lbs this year) Hairy vetch mixes in good and comes back the next year some - planted winter triticale, but with goofy spring weather cant say how well it could have done- we take the trit for forage.

1st pic is sorg sudan/vetch/beans

2nd is forage beans/sorg sudan/cow peas
(Dark green is the beans, and this was planted in late
june.)
