You really need to see what apps you want are available for each os. Apple usually has a ton of apps, but there are some older apps that are Android or office specific.
I really like my surface tablet, but if the apps you want to run are actually app-based (software you download) VS online-based (can access via any web browser on any os) the apple or Android is generally a better bet than the surface. | |
