I just seasoned both sides with traeger saskatchewan rub and seared both sides for about 2 minutes a side. I actually used bacon grease but not sure if it added much flavor. Most will eat it medium rare but I think I like mine cooked through. I think it would be considered a 'blackened' tuna. Just want to eat it more as protein-calorie ratio is awesome and it can be made in under 10 minutes.

I've just used the vacuum packed so far. Costco has 10 lbs on sale for $150 but I just picked up some at Aldi for like $7.20 a lb.
