Subject: Left over baked taters, what to do?

Harristown, IL

I have 21.5 (43 halves), of left over baked taters. What can I or Mrs Smash do with them?

Can you freeze mashed taters? I need to do something that does not require eating right away. And I'm tied up for the next few days, so can't take them to local soup kitchen.
