Bloomington and Putnam IL | Been low carb and sugar since 2012 and slowly went from a 200# guy who could barely walk around the block to 150# and run about 1700 miles a year. Lately I noticed a lot more pain in my bad knee and back as I added garden work and push mowing this spring. Went almost zero carb and sugar this week and can extend my bad knee fully for the first time since 1980. Just got back from the 10K around Thunderbird and instead of constant pain in my bad knee just had a little pain going down and up the steepest hills. Pretty morning at the lake!
