NS Canada | I was just in the edmonton area for a few days - I would say you're pretty well on par with me here for grass (not much), but your leaves are out a lot more. Just saw some cattle being put on grass, and some seeding taking place. So pretty well the same as NS, but our grass is slow coming on this year. I didn't see much of the fires in the areas I was, But I didn't get to tour a lot of country side, mainly in the city and east of edmonton. The heat was definitely a nice change, from how cold it's been back east.
Next time I'm out there I'll try and make some time and meet some agtalk'ers perhaps. Also, why did some of the fence posts I saw have the ends turned down? like shown below?
