Subject: Diet and autoimmune disease

Pittsburg, Kansas
This is just anecdotal. Skip it if not interested. But I listened to it and have also watched numerous other videos with similar stories. How a diet change put a severe autoimmune disease into remission. One such interview I remember was a lady doctor (Terry Wahls) that had severe debilitating autoimmune that ended up curing (or at least remission - previously wheel chair bound) herself with diet changes. This one is just an ordinary person put into remission through a beef, salt and water diet. Kind of like Mikhaila Peterson did with her extremely poor health condition. Now she is a very vibrant mother.

Anyway, I thought it interesting. Some people seem to simply not be able to handle plants in the diet, in this case as the man aged.

Easy enough to just skip if this somehow trips your trigger.
