Subject: yield loss from hail at late dough/early dent

Good day,
I had 60 acres of corn catch some hail tonight. The hail was fairly soft and small, so there's not bruising, just leaf loss. I pulled an ear and a few kernels were just starting to dent. I'm thinking we're better off at this stage than at tassel, but what say you? Does anyone have a chart of some sort that gives a general guideline on leaf loss vs growth stage?
I'll try to attach a couple pics. Third pic is just for reference. It's a field several miles away that's not the same variety, but didn't catch hail.
