Michigan | My 88 yr old father has been diagnosed with stage 1 lymphoma. He had a small mass removed from his right calf.
Dr is recommending 3 rounds of chemo and radiation. PET scan showed no other areas of concern and bone marrow biopsy showed 3% of a undetermined find.
For those of you that have had chemo, what can he expect to experience?
He’s 88, will be 89 in a month, and feels great. We don’t want chemo making him sick and possibly declining his health. We are leaning towards radiation only and letting Dad live his life. | |
