S.E. Iowa | I give blood on a regular basis. When I give blood, I try to really hydrate. I usually drink alot of water. I paid attention to what I ate today. When I gave I about passed out, laid around there for awhile finally felt good enough to leave. Tonight I have been a little off and I just stood up and about passed out again. Thirty five years ago, the first time I gave I passed out. Every since just got up and left. Tonight it's getting to me. Anyone else have this? | |
