| It would be pretty easy to do with all the 5 and 6 year loans that went out the last two or three years. If I remember right, you can't be right side up unless the loan was 3 years or less-at least with what they usually allowed for a down payment.
What kind of deals are they offering with cash (don't have to be too specific)? Last few years it didn't make any difference that I could see (too many factor kickbacks I guess).
