Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums.
I don't know how many you need or if you have real tight tolerances, but if you're in a pinch, you could make one with a threaded Tee, a 45 street, and 3 barbs. All the Wyes I've ever seen are 1/2" or smaller.
