My first toolbox as a machinist was a Waterloo.  As a comparison it was only slightly lower in quality than a Kennedy.  I've had it for years and never had a thing go wrong with it.  I've since replaced it with a craftsman on rollers with a work table.  Overall, nothing wrong with Waterloo in my book.
