Went through this last year with my 950. Is the air pressure the same in both hoppers? I bet it isn't. One reason could be a crack in the top of the hopper and it's letting air out. The crack only shows up under pressure. Look along the top with the tractor running full speed and if there is a crack, it'll show up.
