Not sure what the best one is, but we've gotten along just fine w/Ravens for quite a few yrs. It handles the flow rates fine for a 16r sidedress bar & seems to have very consistent accuracy. It's quite easy to recalibrate if necessary.

I have had a control valve conk out in the past....so I keep a spare handy.

I have no knowledge of Electro model.
