Only the left side center section was settling, the other 3 sets of lift wheels were not. Got a hold of the tech manual with the hydraulic schematics. The master cylinders divide oil left and right. The right cylinder is for the wing wheels, the left cylinder is for the center section. On that left cylinder, the front half is for the left center wheels, the back half is for the right center wheels. Dealer mechanic suggested putting a needle valve on the front half outlet to double check that it was actually the problem, but i did not do that yet. Don't have a valve around to use and don't want to go buy one just for that, they are kinda pricey. Hope that helps.
