**Paper copies of solutions may not be the most current solutions**

Complaint or Symptom :
Repeat failure of ground drive pump switch. CCU 059 is stored.

Problem or Situation :
RE70062 pressure switch fails on tractors that accumulate high hours. Pump pulsations wear out switch in transport from constant cycling.

Solution :
Pressure switch was replaced in production by RE46684 plug with o-ring and RE61568 connector (jumper wire) at following wheel tractor serial numbers:
8100 (21127 - )
8200 (20923 - )
8300 (21610 - )
8400 (21945 - )

On wheel tractors (before the above serial number break) which fail pressure switch (CCU Code 059) and ground drive pump pressure tests within specification, remove RE70062 pressure switch and replace with plug using following procedure:
- Obtain RE46684 plug with o-ring and RE61568 connector from Service Parts.
- Disconnect Harness From RE70062 Switch And Install RE61568 Connector at harness. Tie band harness to main harness to avoid crop debris.
- Remove RE70062 pressure switch from transmission and replace with RE46684 plug. Torque plug to 35Nm (25 lb-ft).
