As was pointed out,, having an Emergency shower and Eye wash set up is a great Safety idea. Good place to have small medical kit too.  Some throwaway coveralls to put on would be good.  (OSHA and similar state agencies like seeing those. If you have employees, you insurance may be cheaper having emergency shower, med kit, eye wash etc.. ??

Don't put in those "girly-man" sinks,, you'll want something you can get your arms into up to your shoulders.

I hate trying to use the bathroom sink to get the dirt/grease off, I can Never get my arms far enough under those dinky facets small sink bowls to get all my arms clean.

Huge bonus points not tracking dirt/grease and whatnot into the house is priceless !!
