Was the wind blowing.....? Windy conditions really messes up my VacuMeter, especially when the wind blows from behind the planter.....think the wind blows dirt and debris up the seed tube across the eye in the seed tube causing the misreading. Only explanation I can think of.......never really notice the difference in population after the corn emerges.....
