So. IL | I have a John Deere 6068 diesel(414) that recently had the fan belt brake. The belt was old and cracked so i replaced it and then I found this nut/bolt that was broken off. It holds the fan drive plate on the motor, but im not sure how important it is or if this is a common problem on the 6068? Anyone seen this before? It looks like a fresh break, just not sure what would have caused this? Its number 12 in the pic below. Thanks
