If you think your wings are not going in as deep as the main frame, adjust the turn buckles on each wheel. Best way to get them even is on concrete. but, you still need to run it in the field too get them all where you want them. Also, run it in the field and adjust the hitch so it runs level for fore and aft. When we had a 4600 we never had to rephase the cylinders. That model is a good cultivator, except for the walking tandem axles have to be watched for wear depending on, if you have one with the non threaded end axles. They are a child of an unmarried woman to replace.
