I bought what I felt was the most important elements to do a satisfactory job until I see if I want to continue in this direction long term. I could possibly add row cleaners and hope to add some sort of minimum disturbance row starter coulter next. I've opted not to use any sort of row starter this year due to exorbitant pricing.
