Gary I know your pain, I had a 3600 kinze and the row unit down pressure springs are notorious for breaking as well and the tail wheel springs. I havent replaced a single spring on the Great Plains we run now. Seriously I dont know if kinze had a bad batch of springs but I spent alot of money on springs on that thing. Great planter though.
