I just got my 1250 planter yesterday and I'm looking the manual, too. I don't see a chart that goes lower than 32,000 (p 343), either. I'm trying to figure out the pattern for the gears, but it looks like if you take the setting for 32036

Driver 1 -18
Driven 1 - 23
Driver2 -19
Driven 2 - 28

and put the 25 sprocket on Driven 1, you should decrease by about 2000.

however, that might be outside of the "optimal meeter speed range"

I haven't had a chance to try out the planter, it rained last night. We have half the corn planted with the old John Deere. After lots of years with the 7200, I'll be glad to have population settings between 36,000 and 33,500!
