7000 hours are not a lot on that engine. I would have a good mechanic check it out. A good one can get you going about as soon as someone could swap it out and you will know what you have. Sounds like the injection pump has filled the crankcase with fuel.That is the first place to look. Hopefully it didn't happen. Could be a spun bearing if that is the case.
