Well, I think we found our problem.  Pic one shows a quarter-inch gap between the firewall and the AQU.  All of our cold air was getting out here and this must have been where all of the hot engine heat was coming in at.

We sealed it on the inside also.

This was the "gasket" which was supposed to be between there.

 Now when you sit in the seat there is so much air it almost blows the hat off your head!  Well, not really but it is much much better.  I have not run it doing actually work yet so we will see if it cools now.
