Yorktown, TX | Work is a function of the change in kinetic energy and force times distance (very similar for approximation purposes but not exactly the same as Potential Energy which is force times displacement). Kinetic energy is 1/2 mass times velocity squared. Power is work over time. Units of power (joules/second....ie watts)
