Pull your seed discs off and check them for "straightness", if the seed disc warps just a sniff they will double, one other problem I ran into was the number of the plastic shims to set seed disc distance from the "sponge".
Just wait until one of the seed disc retaining bolts works loose. That will lead to a noticable increase in seed drop on that row!
