What size battery did you use ?

JD or other brand ? how many CCA ?

 Might be something to look into next time around.

Look at the plus side you did not have to remove the  bolt on the hold down clamp on the  battery cable that crosses under the cab. I've done that on a 40 and 50 series before and it's not a fun job getting at it. Doable but not much fun.

Snap a pic if you get time I'd like to see your setup for future reference.

Bigger gauge and shorter cables ought to help a bunch too.
