For the most part, anywhere where erosion is a problem or potential problem in this area a waterway is placed. What we saw this year has for the most part never been seen. Well established waterways were washing out, pastures, hay ground, you name it. Any tillable ground didn't stand a chance, I doubt a cover crop would have done much good.
