| As posted in other threads, our offices our in Story City, and our shipping department is in Ames. Currently we are moving everything to one building in Ames, Iowa. Also I would also like to note not once did I receive an email from Chris Biester about his order. And the filters were sent according to our shipping policy. The internet can be a great place to buy stuff and there are also a lot of scams. My business if is a very trustworthy and legitimate business with nothing "fishy going on". I do a lot of online shopping my self, and the first thing I do is read and understand the policy's of the business I'm buying from. As I encourage all my customers to do before buying. Also we have had absolutely zero orders where the filters were not shipped to our customers.
