I used one for years hooked to a GPS to log Hybrid placement. I mounted a pice of plywood to the corner post of JD tractor. Then used velcro to attach laptop to plywood. I also drilled several small holes in wood to help keep computer cool. Then I had a small 2 outlet power converter, to power computer. Also plugged my home cell phone charger in to the converter.
