| I have also had some issues with the product documentation that auto loads when a planter or air cart is connected. Sometimes I loose the setup on 1 tank of the air cart, sometimes both. Sometimes it retains that there is fertilizer but looses the type. Other times it looses all the seed type settings. It also is not loading the seeding rate into the documentation, but the seeding rate is grayed out and non-selectable. Thanks for you the help and opportunity to provide input!
Do you have a better suggestion on how information should flow back to engineering from customers?? I received the comment from stellarsupport one evening that they felt like they were the only semi-realtime link between engineering & customers. | |
