Yorktown, TX | How do the hydraulics work on a Case? The thing that we liked about the CAT and Komatsu backhoes is the fact that you have the same pressure whether you are idling or wide open. The only thing the speed of the motor changes is the amount of flow, but you always have the same "power". I know for a fact that is not how JD and NH work, and you have to have the motor wide open to dig. This causes jumps while your digging when you are trying to keep the bottom of the ditch level.
