May be only the O rings at the rear of the coupler that seal on the tips. I have better luck replacing them with the quad rings sold by Case IH for their ISO couplers. They are a lot more tolerant of worn or damaged tips than the O rings..
About a 10 minute job with an O ring or dental pick.
