Trying to construct aeration for flat storage.  I have two 24" axial fans from Sukup.  My building has a two 15" holes in the wall.  Was planning to hook a 12" plastic tile to fans. 

 My trouble is finding a transition from fan to tile.

Any ideas?

How do some of you aerate grain in flat storage?
